Popsugar Must Have Bag

Ahhhh, where to begin with this box.

At 35.00 per month, Popsugar is one of the most expensive subscription boxes (well of this type, I know there are others but I only sub to really kind of girly shit, the type of boxes that send makeup, jewelry and other accoutrements.

Pros: 

It's a big box. For example, this month's January box weighs in at 4.7 lbs.

Good customer service (once you get a response which, if you email, will NOT be quick. I'm guessing a couple of days at the very least).

It's 35 dollars. That means (according to their promotional materials), you get $100 worth for $35. That's a good discount annndd barring the December coupon code debacle, I've really enjoyed every month.

It's a surprise every month. After 21, there are no good birthdays *wink, wink* but with these types of boxes, you get a box of gifts every month! Nothing beats the almost assured feeling that you will be happy every month.


Cons:

You won't always like what you get. December's box included a useless coupon that was meant to be part of the value of the box. Like many, I went crazy and emailed CS. Fortunately, I was treated with respect and I appreciate good CS so that's a pro.

It's 35 dollars. That's mighty pricey for some consumers. Especially, paying for not knowing what is in every box.

My take:
 I love it. Every month is a surprise and I truly enjoy this sort of thing. The price is up there but I do think it's worth it, at least personally.
